This course is designed to empower you with the skills and knowledge to navigate and utilize Adobe Illustrator, a leading vector graphics software, with proficiency and confidence. You will start by familiarizing yourself with the Illustrator workspace, learning to select and align objects, and creating logos using basic shapes. As we progress, you will master the art of editing and combining shapes and paths, transforming artwork, and using basic drawing tools. The course will also introduce you to advanced techniques such as using the Pen tool, enhancing artwork with color, adding type to a project, creating gradients, blends, and patterns, and use brushes to create ads. Adobe Acrobat allows users to convert documents you create in Word, Excel, PowerPoint or any other application into Portable Document Files (PDF). A PDF can be viewed and printed by any with a copy of Adobe's free Acrobat Reader. In this course students will learn to create and manage PDF files. Students will add navigation aids to their PDF files. Students will prepare documents for review and adding security features to their documents.
